While this experience informs SwiftRank's commercial and technical approach, the Services provided do not constitute legal, financial, accounting, or investment advice.

Services are confirmed only when a project scope and quotation have been approved and full payment has been received.

Project scope is determined based on materials provided by the client including documentation, system access, screenshots, and written explanations.

SwiftRank Solutions may consult technical specialists or external professionals where necessary to determine project scope or implementation requirements.

Services may include strategic planning, digital architecture, website development, CRM implementation, integrations, optimisation, and optional ongoing support.

Clients must provide accurate, complete, and timely information required for project execution.

Clients must provide relevant system access where required for development, integration, or technical configuration.

Clients must respond to project communications and approval requests within a reasonable timeframe.

Project communication is conducted primarily through written channels to maintain clarity, documentation, and consistent project records.

SwiftRank Solutions operates on a full upfront payment model for project engagements.

Work will commence only after payment has been confirmed.

Payments may be made via Stripe or bank transfer unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Payments processed through Stripe may incur standard payment processing fees.

Any services outside the agreed project scope may require a separate quotation.

All proprietary systems, frameworks, templates, documentation, and methodologies developed by SwiftRank Solutions remain the intellectual property of SwiftRank Solutions.

Upon full payment, clients are granted rights to use final deliverables for their intended business purposes.

Ownership of SwiftRank's proprietary frameworks, internal systems, or methodologies is not transferred.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SwiftRank Solutions shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses.

This includes, but is not limited to, loss of revenue, loss of business opportunity, or loss of data.

SwiftRank Solutions is not responsible for failures caused by third-party platforms, infrastructure outages, or external system changes.

All services are provided with reasonable professional care but on an "as-is" basis without guarantees of specific outcomes.

SwiftRank Solutions provides customised digital services that require the allocation of specialist resources.

Payments are non-refundable once work has commenced.

Digital services cannot be returned once delivered.

SwiftRank Solutions may suspend or terminate services where:
