Payment Terms & Conditions – SwiftRank Solutions

Effective Date: 10 December 2025

SwiftRank Solutions (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides professional digital services, including HubSpot CRM onboarding, website design, eCommerce development, digital marketing, and related solutions. These Payment Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) outline the obligations of clients (“you”, “your”) engaging our services.

1. Pricing & Quotation

  • Services are provided according to a written quotation outlining scope, deliverables, timeframe, and total fee.

  • Standard Packages:

      AUD $699 – $999 (one-time)

    • 2, 🚀 Professional HubSpot Automation Plan

      AUD $899 – $1,499

      3. 🏆 Enterprise RevOps & HubSpot Growth Plan

  • Quotes are valid for 30 days from issue. Pricing may be reviewed thereafter.

2. Payment Structure

Standard Terms:

  • 50% upfront payment is required for first-time clients to confirm booking.

  • 50% balance payable upon project completion and before release of final deliverables.

Alternative Arrangements:

  • Returning clients or custom projects may agree to full upfront payment or alternative splits.

  • Any variation must be documented in writing.

Accepted Payment Methods:

  • Bank Transfer

  • Stripe / Credit Card

  • Other methods by prior written arrangement

3. Invoicing

  • All invoices are issued in AUD and include GST where applicable.

  • Payment is due by the date specified on the invoice.

  • Late payments may incur interest at the maximum rate permitted under Australian law.

4. Project Commencement & Delivery

  • Work begins only after the upfront payment is received.

  • Timeframes may vary depending on client responsiveness, delays in content delivery, or scope changes.

  • Final deliverables are released after full payment is received.

5. Scope Changes & Additional Costs

  • Any client-requested changes outside the agreed scope may incur additional charges.

  • A written quote will be provided for extra work before commencement.

  • No additional work proceeds without written approval.

6. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Refund Policy:

  • Upfront Payment:

    • Non-refundable once work has commenced, as this covers allocated resources, project planning, and initial setup.

    • A partial refund may be considered only in exceptional circumstances at SwiftRank Solutions’ discretion.

  • Balance Payment:

    • Payable upon completion; no refunds are issued after final deliverables have been provided.

  • Digital services, once delivered or accessed, cannot be returned, and therefore are non-refundable under standard service industry practice.

Cancellation Policy:

  • You may cancel the project before work begins; however, the upfront payment is retained to cover administrative and scheduling costs.

  • If cancellation occurs after work has commenced, no refund is available for work already completed.

  • SwiftRank Solutions reserves the right to cancel a project in cases of:

    • Non-payment

    • Repeated delays from the client

    • Scope conflict or breach of agreement
      Any such cancellation will be communicated in writing.

7. Dispute Resolution

  • Payment-related disputes must be raised in writing within 7 days of invoice issuance.

  • SwiftRank Solutions will work in good faith to resolve disputes promptly.

  • If unresolved, disputes may be escalated under Australian Consumer Law and the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Australia and the relevant State or Territory where SwiftRank Solutions operates.
Any legal proceedings must be conducted in an Australian court.

9. Acceptance of Terms

Engaging SwiftRank Solutions, making a payment, or approving a formal quotation signifies your acceptance of these Terms.
