Payment Terms & Conditions

SwiftRank Solutions provides premium digital growth services including HubSpot CRM implementation, website development, e-commerce solutions, search engine optimisation, and performance advertising to businesses across Australia and internationally.

These Payment Terms apply to all service engagements, project audits, ongoing retainers, and any other paid arrangements entered into with SwiftRank Solutions.

SwiftRank Solutions reserves the right to update these Payment Terms at any time. The most current version will always be published on this page with a revised effective date.

SwiftRank Solutions operates on a Fixed-Price, Full Upfront Investment model for all project engagements.

Upon review of your project requirements, SwiftRank Solutions will provide a clear proposal outlining the scope of work, deliverables, timeline, and total project investment.

Full payment of the agreed project investment is required prior to the commencement of any work. No partial payments, staged milestones, or post-delivery payment arrangements are offered unless expressly agreed in writing.

This model ensures commercial certainty for both parties, immediate allocation of expert resources, and a streamlined, execution-focused delivery workflow.

All pricing quoted by SwiftRank Solutions is in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.

Quoted prices are exclusive of GST where applicable. GST may be added to the quoted amount in accordance with the A New Tax System (Goods and Services Tax) Act 1999 (Cth).

SwiftRank Solutions accepts payment via the following methods:

Payments processed through Stripe may incur standard payment processing fees charged by Stripe. These fees are not charged by SwiftRank Solutions and are non-refundable.

Alternative payment arrangements may be considered at the sole discretion of SwiftRank Solutions and must be agreed in writing prior to invoicing.

International clients may be subject to currency conversion fees or international transfer charges levied by their respective financial institutions. These costs are the sole responsibility of the client.

Upon agreement of project scope, SwiftRank Solutions will issue a formal tax invoice to the client detailing the total project investment, payment method instructions, and due date.

Invoices are issued electronically via email to the contact details provided by the client during the enquiry process.

Unless otherwise specified on the invoice, payment is due immediately upon receipt of the invoice and prior to project commencement.

It is the client's responsibility to ensure that invoices are received and reviewed promptly. SwiftRank Solutions is not responsible for invoices diverted to spam or junk mail folders.

Project work commences only upon confirmed receipt of full payment. SwiftRank Solutions will notify the client via email once payment has been confirmed and work has been formally scheduled.

For bank transfers, payment confirmation may require 1–2 Australian business days from the date of transfer. The project commencement date will be calculated from the date of confirmed receipt, not the date of transfer.

SwiftRank Solutions accepts no liability for delays in project delivery arising from delayed or unconfirmed payment by the client.

The agreed project investment covers the scope of work outlined in the approved project proposal. Any work requested outside the agreed scope will be treated as a separate engagement.

Additional work or scope changes will require a separate written quotation and invoice. No additional work will commence without prior written approval and confirmed payment for that additional work.

SwiftRank Solutions is not obligated to perform out-of-scope work and reserves the right to decline requests that fall outside the agreed engagement.

SwiftRank Solutions provides highly customised digital services that require the allocation of specialist time, resources, and intellectual effort. As a result, all payments are non-refundable once work has commenced.

Digital services, including but not limited to strategic audits, website development, CRM configuration, SEO implementation, and advertising campaign setup, cannot be returned or reversed once delivered.

In the event that a client cancels a project prior to commencement — that is, prior to the confirmed receipt of payment and formal project scheduling — SwiftRank Solutions will review each case individually and may, at its sole discretion, issue a partial or full credit for future services.

Refunds will not be issued on the basis of dissatisfaction with organic search engine outcomes, advertising performance, or any result influenced by third-party platforms, algorithms, or external market factors outside SwiftRank Solutions' control.

Stripe processing fees are non-refundable under any circumstances, as these are charged directly by Stripe and are not retained by SwiftRank Solutions.

As SwiftRank Solutions operates on a full upfront payment model, late payment provisions primarily apply to invoice non-payment or delayed transfer scenarios where work has been scheduled but payment has not been received.

If payment has not been received within 7 calendar days of the invoice issue date, SwiftRank Solutions reserves the right to:

• Cancel the project booking and reallocate scheduled resources.
• Withdraw the quoted pricing and reissue a revised proposal reflecting current availability.
• Decline to proceed with the engagement.

SwiftRank Solutions accepts no liability for any business impact or loss arising from project delays caused by non-payment or delayed payment by the client.

SwiftRank Solutions is committed to transparent, professional service delivery. In the event of a billing or project dispute, the client is encouraged to contact SwiftRank Solutions directly and in writing to seek resolution before initiating any formal dispute process.

Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal without prior written notice to SwiftRank Solutions is considered a breach of these Payment Terms. SwiftRank Solutions reserves the right to pursue recovery of disputed funds and associated costs through all available legal means.

These Payment Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Australia and the State of New South Wales.

Any disputes arising from these Payment Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Australian courts, unless otherwise agreed in writing between both parties.

These Payment Terms form part of the broader agreement between SwiftRank Solutions and the client, and should be read alongside the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy published on this website.
